Creating Trust Between Senior Management and Employees.
Trust comes from what I feel, what I think and what you do. Lack of trust is one of the largest obstacles to productivity and effectiveness. The majority of these trust issues are not about lack of action, but about the interpretation of facts or intentions or impacts in both directions. But a fish cannot see water. Each side has to be helped to see the "water" they have not previously seen.
